Should I repair or replace my water heater?
We inspect the tank, thermostat, anode and venting. If your heater is 10–12+ years old or leaking, replacement is usually the best investment. For newer units, a repair may suffice.
Do you install and service tankless units?
Yes—we size and install tankless heaters, handle gas/electrical upgrades and maintain them to ensure efficiency. Ask about rebates.
How long does a hot water & pressure evaluation take?
Most evaluations take 30–45 minutes. We check temperature rise, recovery time, pressure fluctuations and verify safety devices.
Why is my hot water discolored or smelling?
Discoloration or odor often means the anode rod is spent or bacteria has built up. We replace the anode and flush the tank or recommend filtration/softening.
Do you offer same‑day water heater replacement?
Yes—if your old heater fails, we carry standard sizes on our truck and can swap them the same day. Larger or specialty units may require ordering.
